Twisted Hideous Creature is a mutant created by The Doctor to defeat Gooseman . It is guarding building with The Doctor. Doctor fashioned it with human DNA, beetle, and eel, and with spleens of ten tigers, then it was educated with a picture of him in a dress then giving it herpes.
After defeating the boss, player receives a 
Blue Fish on a Stick as a reward. Player cannot defeat him second time.
